Fingal Tourism and the Local Enterprise Office Fingal invite food producers and food-related business in the Fingal area to join us for an interactive evening seminar examining the importance of Food Tourism and the role it can play in growing your business.
The team from the Food Tourism Unit in Failte Ireland will explain the value and opportunities that Food Tourism presents. They will also talk about key steps in attracting Food Tourists to your business.
Local entrepreneur Jeanne Mahony of Hope Beer will follow and share her first-hand experience of Food Tourism as a driver for their business. She will explain how, by pairing up with local restaurants in Howth, they have enhanced their brewery tours and improved sales.
The evening will provide lots of opportunities for learning and questions from the floor are welcomed. There will also be time for networking, allowing food producers and tourism businesses to get to know each other and hopefully forge new alliances.
