Colm has worked with many companies around the world on developing value propositions, pricing their products and services and moving them into new, target markets which are applicable to them.

Anne-Marie McAteer, InterTrade Ireland

Anne-Marie brings over 20 years of experience supporting SMEs across Ireland and Northern Ireland to achieve success in the cross-border market. As a Trade Manager at InterTradeIreland, she leads several cross-border sales programmes designed to help SMEs build their capability and capacity to export, while identifying new opportunities for growth in the cross-border market.

Jason Gaynor, Enterprise Ireland

Jason Gaynor is a Development Executive with Enterprise Ireland’s New Exporters team. With an MSc in International Marketing and Exporting and strong experience supporting Irish companies both in industry and through Enterprise Ireland, Jason now works on the delivery of the Get Exporting programme, a key initiative helping Irish businesses take their first steps into international markets.

Deirdre Carroll, LEO Fingal

Deirdre Carroll is Senior Enterprise Development Lead in Fingal Local Enterprise Office with responsibility for funding small businesses within the Fingal area. She has worked with businesses in various industries assisting them in the start-up and scaling stages. Deirdre draws on her experience in the technology sector to add value & insights to her role with Fingal LEO. She runs the Fingal Business Network and is responsible for LEO Fingal’s Grant funding, Training, Food, Export, Energy, Productivity and Digital programmes.

Andrew O’Rourke, LEO Fingal

Andrew O’Rourke has responsibility for the Market Explorer Grant fund within LEO Fingal and will share how LEO Fingal clients are utilising this funding to investigate new markets. Andrew has a background across the private, public and not for profit sectors, previously working in food and retail business consultancy, and field sales and marketing.
