How LEAN Can Help Your Business

Who Is The Programme For?

The Lean for Micro Programme is aimed at owners/managers and key staff members of small businesses (up to 10 employees) who want to introduce lean concepts by working on a focused assignment with expert mentoring support.

Businesses employing 5 or more are most likely to benefit the best from the programme. This programme is not appropriate for sole traders or early stage start-ups.

What's Involved?

Participants will receive group training and individual support from a designated mentor over 3 months to bring practical project tasks to a successful conclusion.

On successful completetion of the Lean for Micro programme, participants will have the knowledge and skills to enable them to undertake small lean projects, resulting in improvements in productivity and profitability.

The Programme

• 2 Half Days of workshop training
• 5 x 3.5 hours 1:1 mentoring

Small group setting: max. 14 places per programme.

This Lean for Micro Programme will be delivered by Jigsaw Better Business.
