DASH Leaders
Building Better Leaders. Faster.
Founded by Castleknock native Maria (Scannell) Langan, DASH Leaders is an AI-powered platform designed to help organisations accelerate the growth of their ambitious leaders. Positioned within the emerging edutainment category, DASH blends leadership science, digital learning and engaging storytelling to create development that is practical, accessible and impactful.
DASH Leaders was shaped by over 20 years of Maria’s experience across media, commercial strategy and leadership development in both Irish and international markets. Her expertise is grounded in executive education from Wharton, Yale and INSEAD, and supported by accreditation as an ICF Executive Coach and practitioner in Emotional Intelligence and Myers‑Briggs. Throughout her work with senior leaders, she observed recurring traits of high performance — clarity, discipline, business acumen and strong interpersonal capability — insights that would later become the basis of the DASH Framework: Drive, Ability, Social Skills and Happiness.
Developed over two years of testing and refinement, the DASH platform offers a purpose‑built system for organisations investing in high‑potential talent. At its centre is the DASH Score, an 18‑question self‑assessment across 15 leadership categories. From there, leaders unlock:

- structured reflection prompts
- real‑time dashboards for individuals and teams
- enterprise‑level workshops, coaching and tailored programmes
The platform is supported by a dedicated DASH Support team, helping organisations optimise engagement and ensure meaningful, measurable progress over time.
DASH is designed for ambitious, scaling organisations with emerging leadership profiles — from department leads to high‑potential talent stepping into greater responsibility. It offers a practical, actionable way for teams to strengthen leadership capability while navigating growing complexity.
DASH Leaders received a Feasibility Grant to validate the model and invest in early platform development, alongside mentoring, networking opportunities and participation in National Women’s Enterprise Day. Building on this foundation, Maria completed all three phases of New Frontiers (TU Dublin), joined Going for Growth – Starting Strong, and secured Enterprise Ireland Pre‑Seed Start Funding. She has also formed a strategic partnership with Prism LLC to broaden the platform’s impact. DASH Leaders is now preparing for its platform launch in April 2026.
CozmoTec CG Consulting
Helping SMEs work smarter, not harder.
Founded in Swords by Cuty Gupta, CozmoTec helps SMEs streamline operations, adopt AI‑powered tools and work more efficiently. Cuty’s journey into entrepreneurship is far from traditional — originally trained as a dentist in India, she moved to Ireland almost a decade ago and pivoted into technology, automation and accounting, eventually becoming Director of Innovation & Technology at Icon Accounting.
Throughout her career, she noticed a pattern: SMEs were overwhelmed by manual processes yet unsure how to adopt modern digital tools. CozmoTec was created to bridge this gap.
Today, the company specialises in:

With a team situated globally - CozmoTec now supports clients in healthcare, recruitment, logistics, finance and professional services. Since 2022, the company has continued to scale rapidly, expanding its client base and strengthening its product suite
CozmoTec has grown through strong collaboration with LEO Fingal, availing of supports including a Digitalisation / Process Improvement Grant, Carbon Footprint support, TAME Grants, a Market Explorer Grant, and a Business Expansion Grant supporting growth and job creation. In 2025, CozmoTec won the Fingal Enterprise Award, represented Fingal at the National Enterprise Awards, and was named Start‑Up Business of the Year at the Fingal Business Awards — recognition of its innovative, practical approach to digital transformation for SMEs.
