Vistona Limited is a client of Local Enterprise Office (LEO) Fingal and a Fingal‑based enterprise specialising in natural stone fit‑out solutions for the marine and construction sectors. Founded in 2019 and headquartered in Rush, the company delivers bespoke natural stone supply and installation services to clients in the cruise ship and superyacht sectors.
The business was established by Dave Byrne, Founder and Managing Director, following several years of experience in the stone distribution industry. Through this experience, an opportunity was identified to develop a more integrated service for the marine sector, combining the supply, fabrication and installation of natural stone within a single offering.
Initially focused on cruise ship outfitting, the business has since expanded into the superyacht sector, delivering projects across both markets. Operating as a solutions‑focused provider, the company works closely with architects, designers and contractors to deliver technically complex projects. This approach has supported the development of a consistent track record of delivery within a highly specialised and demanding environment.
The business delivers end‑to‑end natural stone solutions, from sourcing materials through to final installation. While supported by an established international supply chain, project coordination is managed from Fingal, ensuring oversight and consistency across projects delivered globally.
In addition to its core offering, an annual maintenance model has been introduced, providing ongoing natural stone care services to clients within the superyacht sector. This development supports longer‑term client relationships while also creating an additional revenue stream.
Export activity is central to operations, with most projects delivered internationally. Work is carried out across Europe, North America, the Middle East, Asia and Australia, reflecting the global nature of the marine sector and the company’s ability to deliver across multiple regions.
Steady growth has been achieved since establishment, supported by continued expansion in project activity and market reach. The company now employs a team of eight in its Dublin office, supported by a wider network of specialist subcontractors.
Throughout its development, the business has engaged with LEO Fingal, benefiting from a range of supports including Business Expansion Grants, Export Grant and Green for Business, assisting both business development and operational improvement.
The business has also undertaken initiatives to improve operational efficiency, including steps towards a more paperless approach, supporting reduced paper usage and more efficient internal processes.
This progress has been recognised through participation in key enterprise initiatives, including being named a Finalist at the Fingal Enterprise Awards 2025, an initiative of LEO Fingal. The company was also nominated for the Fingal Business Awards 2025, organised by Fingal Chamber and supported by LEO Fingal. In addition, Dave Byrne participated as a panellist at a recent Fingal Business Network event, contributing insights on business growth and resilience within the local enterprise community.
