Dublin Food Chain is a marketing and networking group which helps link trade buyers and Dublin’s food and drink producer community. The Dublin Food Chain is an initiative of the Local Enterprise Offices in the Dublin region and is supported by Bord Bia.
The 2026 Producer Showcase will take place on January 29th, between 10.00am and 1.00pm, in the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Blanchardstown, where up to 47 producers will showcase their products. It will be a first-time showcasing opportunity for several of these producers.
Some 14 new and emerging businesses will also be at the event, providing a chance for trade buyers, chefs and store owners to discuss opportunities with producers, as well as sample the products. Through this, they can expect to discover innovative products to add to their core ranges.
Many of the region’s producers rely solely on speciality retailers, foodservice operators and food distributors to get their products to market. This showcase offers these producers key exposure to relevant trade buyers – ranging from multiple supermarkets to independent retailers and café owners – making it a crucial part of their scaling journey for the year ahead.
