Own Your Value: Money Mindset for Business Success
What if the biggest thing holding your business back is not strategy, but the way you think about money, value and your own worth?
Whether you are just starting out or already an established entrepreneur, there comes a stage in every business where not only growth, but even maintaining momentum requires more than hard work. It requires thinking bigger, recognising your true value, and stepping into the next level with confidence.
On May 29th, the Local Enterprise Office (LEO) Fingal invites you to the Fingal Enterprising Women Network (FEWN) Summer BBQ. This is your opportunity to step away from the daily grind, reset your financial confidence, and return to your business with fresh energy and clarity.
We are thrilled to be joined by award-winning Irish business leader Emma Maye, named IMAGE PwC Overall Businesswoman of the Year 2024.
Emma’s story is one of remarkable resilience. Following the sudden loss of her father during the financial crash, she stepped into an intense 10-year battle to resolve complex legacy business debt during one of Ireland’s toughest economic periods. From that baptism of fire, she went on to build an impressive career spanning entrepreneurship, property development and senior leadership. Today, Emma is CEO of Ardale Group and Chairperson of CORE Builders Providers. She also speaks openly about her experience of dyslexia, having been diagnosed 13 years ago, and now serves on the board of Dyslexia Ireland.
Hosted by LEO Fingal and facilitated by Sharon Rossignuolo, this event will be held in a warm, engaging Fireside Chat format. Emma and Sharon will dive deep into:
The Money Mindset: How to build a mindset that supports growth.
- Pricing & Negotiation: Practical approaches to backing your value.
- Resilience: Real-world lessons from Emma’s extraordinary journey.
- Owning Your Worth: Stepping into the next level of business growth with confidence.
This event is an opportunity to step out of the day-to-day, gain fresh perspective, and return to your business with renewed energy, clarity, and the confidence to price, negotiate and lead more powerfully.
