This practical and interactive beginner workshop introduces participants to Microsoft Copilot within the Microsoft 365 environment. Designed to build confidence and capability, the session focuses on understanding what Copilot is, where it lives across everyday tools, and how to use it effectively to support productivity, communication, and task management.

Participants will gain hands-on experience using Copilot in common applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams, and will leave with practical prompting techniques they can apply immediately in their role.

This programme is suitable for:

  • New or early-stage users of Microsoft Copilot
  • Employees who are familiar with Microsoft 365 applications and want to understand how Copilot can support their day-to-day work
