This Management Development HR Series is designed to help SME managers build the confidence, tools, and behaviours needed to lead effectively in a growing business environment. Through a series of interactive half-day workshops, managers will strengthen their ability to communicate clearly, build trust, give constructive feedback, and address performance issues early and fairly.

Each workshop blends actionable frameworks, real-world examples, and peer learning to ensure participants can apply new approaches immediately in their day-to-day roles. By aligning recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and leadership practices with core business values, the series supports stronger managerial capability and reinforces a culture of collaboration, respect, and continuous improvement—critical for SMEs aiming to scale sustainably.
