Taking place over six Wednesday evenings from 7pm - 10pm, course content includes:-

• Business idea generation and screening
• Analysing business opportunities

Module 2

• Conducting market research
• Conducting feasibility analysis

Module 3

• Setting up a business-legal, compliance, regulatory
• Accessing business supports

Module 4

• Financing a business and managing business risk
• Setting up financial control systems including book keeping, budgeting, financial accounts and regulatory requirements, costing products/services and understanding profitability

Module 5

• Marketing and the marketing process (4p's and 7p's)
• Selling and the selling process
• Attracting and retaining customers
• On line marketing and selling

Module 6

• Developing a business plan
• Managing the various functions of a business, including HR, Financing, Marketing, Production and Logistics.
• Using IT in the business
• Managing the business for profitability and growth
