Roscommon now delivers a suite of consulting and coaching programmes which drive winning performance in business.  Welcomed as a global thought leader, Su will share her personal journey from psychiatric nursing to rugby, to coaching and training leaders to fulfil on their potential.  Su has taken her experience and success in sport development to provide the same insights into team dynamics and getting the most from your personal and business network.
