SPOTLIGHT EVENT:  You’re the Business @ Local Enterprise Week – Tuesday, 7 March 9.30am to 1pm (Organised by Local Enterprise Offices and Google).

No matter where you are on your digital journey, “You’re the Business” is the programme to help you go further.  As part of Local Enterprise Week, Google are hosting three online training sessions, in Dublin, for businesses that are looking to Get Online, Grow Online and Go Global.

Tourism Mentoring Clinic with Tony Ennis (One to One sessions) – Tuesday, 7 March 9am to 4pm.

Student Enterprise Programme County Final – Tuesday, 7 March, 1.30pm, Tullamore Court Hotel

The Student Enterprise Awards are open to the public who are welcome to view the stands and support our entrepreneurs of the future.  The event is open to the public at 1.30 pm with presentation of the awards at 2.00pm. 

 

Gaining Business Advantage during Inflationary Times – Tuesday, 7 March, 12.30pm to 2 pm, Tullamore Court Hotel

This lunchtime event will help participants to stand back from the “rush of their day to day operational tasks, to gain more clarity regarding the opportunities and threats out there.  The speaker is Blaise Brosnan, owner and Managing Director of Management Resource Institute, business advisor and a three times published author. 

 

6 day Digital Marketing Course – Starting Tuesday, 7 March 9am to 12 noon

This online twelve session day Digital Marketing course will give an indepth understanding of website marketing and social media marketing in a way that explains how it all fits together in a digital marketing plan.  This course will be delivered by Keith Feighery of Digital Insights and is designed for people in business. 

 

SPOTLIGHT EVENT:  The Green Panel: 10 ways to address sustainability and drive competitiveness – Wednesday, 8 March 11am to 12.30pm (Organised by Local Enterprise Office Carlow).

The Green Panel aims to inform, inspire and engage owner managers and their key staff on how they can implement green technologies, processes and product within their business in order to be more competitive.  Facilitated by journalist and presenter of RTE’s Ear to the Ground, Helen Carroll, the event will feature a lively and dynamic discussion with leading entrepreneurs and experts in this sector. 

 

Tendering and Public Procurement Advisory Clinic with Ian McKay of Navigate Consulting  (One to One Sessions).  – Wednesday, 8 March 9am to 5pm.
