Consultant Services for Offaly County Council Transition Year Work Experience Programme

Offaly County Council is inviting Expressions of Interest from experienced consultants, educational facilitators, and youth engagement providers to deliver and manage its Transition Year (TY) Work Experience Programme over a four-year period.

The programme aims to provide secondary school students across County Offaly with a unique opportunity to gain practical insight into the work of local government through engagement with a range of Council services, including Climate Action, Community Development, Municipal District Operations, Infrastructure, Libraries, ICT, and Digital Innovation.

The appointed consultant will be responsible for programme design and delivery, school engagement and student recruitment, workshop facilitation, coordination with Council staff mentors, and the organisation of a final student showcase event.
