A passionate advocate for women in business and health, Oonagh is a Lead Entrepreneur with Going for Growth and a sought-after speaker on leadership, innovation, women’s health, and scaling purpose-driven brands.

Tipperary Panelist | Leah O'Dwyer, ZeroMission

Leah O’Dwyer, Founder of ZeroMission brings more than 16 years Electric Vehicle industry experience following prior roles at Siemens Energy, Siemens Mobility and ChargePoint. Leah has led business units in the international electromobility sector and pioneered innovative technology and business models from concept to deployment for all EV types, including optimized system design, Fleet Software and Energy Management.

At ZeroMission the team has built an Integrated Data Platform to drive efficiency and reduce costs, by ensuring successful day to day operation and charging of zero emission fleet vehicles for all fuel types. With customer deployments since 2023, in the city bus and freight transport sectors in the US and Europe.

Limerick Panelist | Sarah O'Sullivan, SOS Cookies

Sarah O’Sullivan is the founder of SOS Cookies, an award-winning Irish cookie brand that began in her Limerick kitchen during the 2020 lockdown. With a background in food innovation and product development, Sarah turned her passion for baking into a business known for indulgent, handmade treats.

SOS Cookies has grown from local markets to now producing over 700,000 cookies annually, employing more than 20 people. SOS Cookies has retail units in Arnotts, Dundrum Town Centre, Swords Pavilions, Dublin airport and supplies cookies to over 50 coffee outlets across Ireland. Sarah continues to scale her business with a focus on innovation and creating unforgettable cookie experiences.

Clare Panelist | Meave Sheridan, Western Herd Brewing Company

Maeve Sheridan is a co-founder of Western Herd Brewing Company, based in Kilmaley, Co. Clare. With a background in finance, Maeve spent several years working in Luxembourg, where she developed a deep appreciation for European beer styles, inspired by the brewing traditions of nearby Germany and Belgium.

When the opportunity arose to start a brewery with her brother Michael based on their 8th generation family farm, Maeve seized the opportunity. Today, she leads the brewery’s marketing and business development, combining her commercial experience with a genuine passion for craft beer.
