The aim of this programme is to examine the existence of stress in life and to provide practical and proactive techniques and strategies to manage it, in addition to learning how to eliminate time wasting and how to prioritise work and work more efficiently and effectively. By the end of the workshop participants will have addressed the following issues: analysing the causes of stress; good vs. bad stress; panic attacks; taking stress seriously etc, and time management from both a strategic and operational aspect.
