The Owner Manager Developmet Programme – Why you should participate!

The Owner Management Development Programme takes place over approximately 15 weeks and is aimed at owners / managers of small businesses who are anxious to acquire the extra skills and knowledge to develop their business. The content and intensity of the programme modules will be based on the training need requirements of the participating companies and generally covers a wide variety of topics such as Self Development | Time Management | Financial Planning | Strategic Positioning of your Business | Sales Management | Costing & Pricing | Delegation & Supervision | Negotiation Skills, and much more.

One-to-One Support

Each participating company will receive a minimum of three on-site visits that will address the key critical issues facing your business. The visits also provide the opportunity for redefining the learning points from the workshops and start applying them to the management of your business.

The Trainer

The Owner Management Development Programme will be delivered by a practical, top management and experienced training company called Management Resource Institute (MRI). Based in Wexford, MRI have been developing and delivering management programmes for over eight years.
