Supported by Fingal Local Enterprise Office, through a range of Fingal LEO supports, including a business expansion grant and participation in the Green for Business programme, the company has expanded its reach while helping organisations across Ireland, the UK and the USA achieve sustainable growth and stronger organisational performance.
Founded in 2020 by Lisa-Nicole Dunne and based in Malahide, Fingal, Mantra Strategy is Ireland’s Impact Creation Consultancy. Its purpose is to help build a better world and a fairer society by enabling purposeful people and organisations to thrive. Working with charities, social enterprises, businesses and public bodies, Mantra helps organisations turn ambition into meaningful, lasting impact.
Mantra brings together experienced strategists and specialists in organisational strategy, funding and income diversification, social impact, leadership development, culture, inclusion, communications and stakeholder engagement. Its work connects purpose with practical action: helping leaders make better decisions, build stronger organisations and create sustainable change.
At the heart of its approach is DREAM, Mantra’s bespoke strategic framework: Define & Discover, Review & Reflect, Engage & Envision, Aims & Alignment, and Map & Mobilise. Through research, honest conversations, engagement and facilitated workshops, the team helps boards, leaders and stakeholders move from complexity to clarity, building strategies that are ambitious, aligned and actionable.
Mantra also believes that the people leading change need support themselves. This inspired Mantra Thrive, a personalised leadership support system that combines an experienced strategic sounding board with practical tools, bite-sized learning, webinars and peer connection. Designed to make high-quality leadership support more accessible, Thrive aims to change who gets to thrive in leadership, including leaders in smaller and purpose-driven organisations who may not otherwise have access to traditional executive coaching or mentoring.
Inclusion is another important part of Mantra’s impact. Its Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging (EDIB) work helps organisations move beyond one-off training and compliance to embed inclusive practices in leadership, culture, systems and decision-making. Mantra has supported organisations including PJ Hegarty, Motability Foundation UK and Comcast with EDIB strategy, organisational change and inclusive leadership development.

As well as receiving financial support from Fingal Local Enterprise Office, Mantra was also a finalist in the 2026 Fingal Enterprise Awards, and Lisa-Nicole shared her entrepreneurial journey at Fingal’s ‘The Grit and the Glory’ business networking event.
In 2026, Mantra Strategy has been named a finalist in two categories at the 22nd Fingal Business Awards. Its Professional Service nomination, in the Customer Experience section, recognises its approach to trusted, personalised professional support, with Mantra Thrive at the centre of its entry. Its Diversity, Equity and Inclusion nomination, in the Sustainable Business Impact section, recognises work helping organisations build fairer, more inclusive cultures and create lasting change. Winners will be announced at the Fingal Business Awards gala on 13 November 2026.
