The Network of Local Enterprise Offices (LEOs) is now inviting Expressions of Interest from LEO clients to exhibit as part of the Local Enterprise Village at the National Ploughing Championships 2026.
The National Ploughing Championships will take place from 15–17 September 2026 in Screggan, Tullamore, Co. Offaly, attracting over 250,000 visitors across the three days.
Priority will be given to enterprises manufacturing their own product or offering an innovative service relevant to the audience attending the event.
All applications will be considered through a centralised selection process and successful applicants will be advised by email w/c 18 May 2026.
Exhibitor Briefing
Chosen exhibitors will be required to attend one compulsory, in‑person client briefing session.
Full details will be provided at confirmation stage.
Two briefing sessions will be held:
- 30 June 2026 – Heritage Hotel, Co. Laois
- 1 July 2026 – Hodson Bay Hotel, Athlone
The briefing will include event logistics, professional photography and digital marketing training to assist exhibitors in promoting their participation effectively.
Set-Up Information
Set-up on site will be subject to National Ploughing Association regulations.
It is anticipated that set-up will take place between 12–14 September 2026, with each company allocated a 4-hour set-up slot during this period.
No stands will be permitted to be set up on the morning of the event.

As part of the Local Enterprise Village, each selected company will receive:
- Exhibition space (2m x 2m stand)
- Social media / PR photography
- 2 x exhibitor passes
- 1 x exhibitor car parking pass
- Electricity supply and double socket
- 2 x spot lights
- Digital marketing training and advice
- Access to PR opportunities via the LEO network
Cost
The cost of the stand is €800 for a 2m x 2m stand.
This is a highly subsidised rate and no VAT applies.
Please note this opportunity is primarily aimed at showcasing products and services, building contacts and generating leads, rather than focusing on sales during the event.
Food companies may offer samples or sell products for home use only.
Successful applicants will be required to provide their own public liability insurance.
