LEAN - Better Business Program. This Programme assists in transforming your small business into a more efficient, profitable, and competitive enterprise. Step one is an initial half day workshop with an experienced Lean Consultant to introduce Lean concepts and allow you to understand how the Lean Programme will work for your business. After the workshop you can proceed to a full Lean Programme with up to five half days of direct on site engagement with the Consultant. This will deliver insights and actionable strategies to elevate your business operations. Note : Businesses should be trading at least 6 months and have a €30k turnover.
