Invitation to Share Your Views on AI Adoption in Enterprise
Accenture has been commissioned by the Department of Enterprise, Tourism and Employment to undertake an important study examining the impact and adoption of Artificial Intelligence (AI) across key sectors of the Irish economy.
The research is exploring:
- The opportunities and challenges associated with AI adoption in the manufacturing sector (including pharmaceuticals, medical devices, computer & electronics, engineering, and food & beverage), as well as across manufacturing value chains, the tourism sector, and the construction sector.
- Potential policy measures and supports that could help businesses accelerate and maximise the benefits of AI adoption.
- The opportunities and challenges facing businesses in the ICT services sector, including SaaS and ICT-enabled services, as they adapt to AI-driven transformation, and the types of supports that may strengthen competitiveness and innovation.
The findings from this study will help inform the development of a national sectoral AI strategy for enterprise, ensuring that future policies and supports reflect the real experiences and needs of businesses.
