IBYE 2019 opens for applicants.......
Applications are now open and we’re inviting YOU to apply. It’s a great opportunity to win valuable investment in your business, get expert business mentoring and support, build a network with other young entrepreneurs and perhaps be crowned Ireland’s Best Young Entrepreneur.
Each Local Enterprise Office has a prize fund of €50,000 to share between three county winners. 93 county winners advance to Regional Finals vying for a place in the National Finals next Spring. Three entrepreneurs will be named national category winners with one being crowned Ireland’s Best Young Entrepreneur and sharing a further prize fund of €100,000.
IBYE 2019 is open to anybody aged between 18 and 35 with an idea / commercial venture for a start-up or running an existing business.
The competition is open to all sectors. Participants are provided with a range of targeted business supports, including mentoring through participation in Business Bootcamps.
There are 3 IBYE categories in 2019:
- Best Business Idea (not yet trading)
- Best Start-Up Business (Up to 18 months)
- Best Established Business (Over 18months)
You’re eligible to apply, even if you’ve been part of IBYE in the past, you just have to apply in a different category. And you know from experience, applying is a great way to take time and examine your business and how you are doing.
