Overview
The Mentor Programme is designed to match up the knowledge, skills, insights and entrepreneurial capability of experienced business practitioners with small business owner/ managers who need practical and strategic one to one advice and guidance. The mentor contributes independent, informed observation and advice to aid decision making.
All applications for mentor assistance are dealt with individually and are preceded by a business needs analysis to assess the key needs of the business and determine the most imperative mentoring objectives.
Clients (or client companies) can avail of up to two mentoring sessions per 12 month period. Please note that the three hour session can include both time spent by the mentor with the client, and any additional work that the mentor will complete for the benefit of the client (research, etc.)

Business Mentoring Programmes is open to both new and existing businesses located withìn County Clare.

Export Development Mentoring Session
Due to the uncertainty created by Brexit, Irish businesses are now looking at export opportunities further afield. Local Enterprise Office Clare is committed to supporting our clients on their export journey.
This FREE 1 x 3 hour mentoring session with an Export Development Mentor will enable clients to talk through their concerns regarding export markets, as well as discuss supports and services available.
