Leadership in Today’s Small Business

LEO Clare ran our inaugral Leadership program in 2022 to a resounding success with each participant awarded a 

“Certificate in SME Leadership Practice”

Our 2023 program will run from September to November and we look forward to welcoming new leaders!

    4. Delegation and Developing people. Effective team building,
    5. Organization Culture, Managing and developing one self as a leader
    6. Innovation, Personal Development, Finalising the Plans
    7. Reflections on Learning and Presentation of Plans
    8. SMART objectives

4 x half-day Workshops & 2 x 1-2-1 Mentoring Sessions

All workshops to take place at the Clare Education Centre, Kilrush Road, Ennis.

*Certification 

Participants who receive a score of 70% or higher will be awarded a “Certificate in SME Leadership Practice” carrying the logos of the European Training Foundation (ETF), Clare LEO and Human Resource Excellence.
