Meet the entrepreneurs behind two of Ireland’s most recognisable food brands. Founder Siobhan will take participants through her journey which involves supplying the food service and retail sectors, with plenty of tips and advice along the way. In particular of interest is a newer aspect to the business which involves on farm experience which sees visitors coming on farm for a unique experience which was awarded The Georgina Campbell Inaugural Food Tourism Experience 2025.
