MC Richard Curran will share his experience of the successes and challenges he has faced throughout his career and the valuable lessons he has learned as a result. Donagh Kelly, Deputy CEO Circet, Eleanor Hanna, GM, Hanna Hats and Martin McGuinness MD, MMG Ocean will then join Richard on stage to share local stories of starting and growing businesses in Donegal. They will provide an insight into the challenges they each have faced and how they have pivoted and adapted their business to grow their companies into the thriving enterprises that they are today.

Richard Curran is a broadcaster, journalist and author. He is the presenter of The Business radio show on RTE Radio One and a columnist with the Irish Independent and Sunday Independent. He has co-written two books and made several television documentaries for RTE.

Donagh Kelly founded KN Group in 1994, a service provider to the Telecommunications, Transport and Energy sectors. Their business concentrated predominately in the UK and Ireland with special projects undertaken overseas. KN merged with Circet in 2018 and by 2023 created the largest Telecommunications contracting entity in Europe. He is currently Deputy CEO for the Group.
