
On Thursday, 24th July, The Food Safety Authority of Ireland (FSAI) will hold their next 'Breakfast Bites' meeting. The event will focus on how to develop a new food product. 'Breakfast Bites' is a series of free, informal breakfast meetings covering a series of topics useful for those who own or work in a small food business or those who want to get a new food business off the ground.
At the upcoming event, Ciara McDonagh of Teagasc’s Food Industry Development Department will give an overview of the main stages involved in developing a new product, focusing on the technical requirements and important scale-up factors.
