This hands-on workshop is designed to allow participants to gain an understanding of what it take to gain customers and to build a business by well developed sales skills. It will look at the way to do this in today’s competitive environment and will provide key tips for cost effective measurable sales activity. Participants will be able to identify potential customers, close sales and follow up with a high standard of after sales service and customer care.
