LEO Limerick Launch Training & Development Programme

The Mayor of the City & County of Limerick Mr. James Collins, today launched the Local Enterprise Office (LEO) Limerick Training & Development Programme for 2019.

LEO Limerick, along with 30 other LEOs around the country were established in 2014 to provide a ‘first-stop shop’ system of enterprise supports to start-ups and small businesses across the country.  Located in Patrick Street, the Local Enterprise Office provides funding for projects primarily in the manufacturing and internationally traded services sector.  The LEOs also provide training and mentoring support to entrepreneurs and micro-businesses to assist businesses in their development and performance.

Eamon Ryan, Head of Enterprise said ‘LEO Limerick is delighted to launch the Training & Development Programme 2019 which contains over 60 training programmes as well as information on business advice clinics running throughout the year targeted at small business owners.  The Programme also contains details of other initiatives such as the Website Development Grant and Assistance for Micro Exporters.’

James Collins, Mayor of the City & County of Limerick said ‘The LEO Limerick Training & Development Brochure 2019 has something for every small business to assist them in their development and growth.  With the vast supports available for entrepreneurs through the LEO, there has never been a better time to start, grow or locate your business in Limerick.’
