To ensure that participants identify and understand their customers and their market.  To take participants through a practical and highly participative one-day Applied Market Research training process.

OBJECTIVES

By the end of this workshop you will: • Leave with skills that will help you identify who will buy your product/service, who your competitors are and what suppliers you may use. • Know how to draw up a Market Research Plan for their business. • Know how to undertake secondary research of published reports on their field of interest. • Understand how to undertake original research with target market samples. • Understand how to read and interpret Market Research findings.
