• 11 Feb – Connect for Collaboration Networking Event 3 – Communicating for Change

• 21-25 Feb – 1:1 Mentoring

• 4 March – Celebrating Collaboration Showcase, Live in Limerick

In addition:

Virtual mentoring will help tease out the real opportunities for your business and to create an action plan for implementation.   Each participant will receive a DISC Personality Assessment and virtual one to one debrief to help them understand how to build greater influence.

IN PERSON workshop will involve group-think, peer to peer learning, networking, experiential exercises and application to your business:

• Review- identifying creativity in your business journey so far.  Identify current challenges where new innovation or collaboration could make you stronger
• Brainstorming for new ideas for products or services or changes to your business model

• Explore the additional value a potential collaboration with another business might bring and what that could look like
• Identify some potential collaborative partnership from your existing network
• Understand how to reach out and create and grow a trusted collaborative relationship that offers mutual benefits to all parties
