1-1 Childcare Business Clinics

As the Childcare sector reopens after a very challenging and unprecedented period of closure, we are aware that some services may require additional business supports, including HR advice and reviewing business sustainability.

With this in mind, we have worked in association with Sligo County Childcare Committee in order to provide the Childcare sector with relevant business supports.
LEO Sligo are offering FREE 1 hour, 1-1 Clinics with Mark Tully, Meehan Tully & Associates, specialists in Childcare Business management,
who have recently delivered a 'Professionally Manage your Childcare Business' Training Programme on behalf of LEO Sligo.

How it works:

  • The 1 hour Clinics will be held between 10.00-17.00 on Wednesday, August 19th.
  • Once you book, LEO Sligo will schedule your Clinic time and Mark will contact you to discuss your business, and specific areas of concern to you.
  • He will then hold a 1 hour Clinic with you via Zoom on the appointed day and time, with the aim of assisting you to make informed business decisions on how to ensure your Childcare business is prepared for the coming weeks and months.
