LEO Sligo are offering 6 x 1-hour Financial Troubleshooting Clinics FREE to Sligo business.

Your FREE Clinic will cover the following specific topics:

• Financial analysis and re-engineering
• Cost cutting measures to get the business to break even
• Reduce overheads, variable costs and expenses
• Review Supply Chain robustness and resilience
• Cashflow analysis and management measures
• Re-designing the Sales process/function of the business

You'll get a 15 minute phone call in advance of the Clinics from the Finance specialist, who will schedule your time, let you voice your concerns and help you to prepare to get the most from the clinic.

Your 1-1 Clinic will then be delivered using MS Teams and/or Zoom web-conferencing platforms.
Document sharing and reviews will be facilitated as required.
You'll receive a Financial Action plan subsequent to your clinic.

Note: Each Clinic is 60 minutes in duration and your time will be assigned to you shortly after you book.
Please note that by booking a clinic you are agreeing that you will make yourself available to participate in the clinic at the time specified by our office on the day specified.

Clinic times will be allocated by Local Enterprise Office Sligo once your booking has been confirmed.
