Objective: The Programme aims is to assist micro-business owner/managers in developing their financial understanding. It will equip participants with the skills to maintain a book-keeping system and give them the necessary basic knowledge of Tax and VAT registration and financial responsibilities for small business owner/managers.
Content: General finance introducing the importance of financial planning, controlling and monitoring (and how it might make life easier!). Profit and Loss, forecasting, budgeting, Cashflow Management, Taxation and Legal, Costing and Pricing.
Duration: 2 x 3 hour sessions, over 2 weeks, online
