LEO Sligo and Sligo County Childcare Committee are delighted to offer a collaborative seminar aimed at owners and managers of childcare facilities in Co. Sligo.
Together with input from keynote speakers, the event aims to bring together leaders within the Childcare sector in Co. Sligo and provide them with a platform to network and exchange ideas.

The aim of this seminar is to support all Early Learning Care and School Age Childcare Owners, Managers and Childminders with:

• the effective management of their businesses
• the development of strategies on active leadership within their businesses
• the provision of information on the positive benefits of engagement and networking with other business owners

Mark Tully, Meehan Tully & Associates:

Mark Tully possesses significant knowledge of the childcare landscape in Ireland, and is well known to the Early Years and School Age Childcare services in Sligo for many years. Mark has been engaged in the provision of management consulting services to Small & Medium Sized Enterprises (SME’s), social enterprises, charitable organisations, community groups, government departments, local, regional and national statutory and non-statutory bodies for over 2 decades. This has included strategic planning, facilitation, management development support, management training, financial planning, business planning and market analysis. Mark will present on effective management of Early Learning Care and School Age Childcare services in line with all the specific challenges owners and managers are facing in 2024.

Fran Best, Facilitator, Sligo Women in Business Network (SWiBN)

Fran will present on the work of the Sligo Women in Business Network and illustrate how developing meaningful business relationships with other female entreprenurs across County Sligo and beyonf can have significant benefits to your business bottom line.
