Using Facebook for Business – Beginners
This workshop is intended for those business people who would like to use Facebook to promote their business. No experience of Facebook is required. All delegates must have access to a webmail account (e.g. gmail, yahoo mail etc). Participants must bring their own laptop/tablet with them, & it is also recommended that they bring with them any business branding (images and logo) if available.

- Setting up a Facebook page for your business, populating it, Cover Images/Profile Pictures
- Understanding the structure of your page, Updating your status, uploading photos/videos
- Administrating your page
- Best practices for posting, scheduling, uploading photos, pasting links to external sites
- Encouraging fans, using Facebook as the business, commenting on other pages, tagging
- Tagging other business pages
