This workshop is intended for business people who would like to use the popular Social Media platform Twitter to promote their business. No experience of Twitter is required. All delegates must have access to a webmail account (e.g. gmail, yahoo mail etc) and it is also recommended that all those attending the course bring with them any business branding, if available. Topics covered include :

- How Twitter works
- Setting up a Twitter profile for your business
- Customising your profile
- How to tweet and build up a community
- Marketing your business using your Twitter profile
- Please note: you can attend 'Beginners' training in the morning & 'Advanced' training in the afternoon
