The business networking lunch has become an annual event of many business calendars as it is a great opportunity to network, whilst enjoying a delicious three course lunch celebrating local food and local food producers.  The kitchen team in the Granville Hotel use all their talents to showcase the quality products and producers of the region allowing diners to enjoy the best of what Waterford has to offer.

Love Local Lunch 2022

This year we will have a speaker from Taste Waterford which is the County’s Food Brand supported by Waterford City and County Council, LEO Waterford, Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine and Waterford Leader Partnership.

Taste Waterford was established in 2017 and it is a membership-based food and drink network spanning Co. Waterford.  Through this initiative Waterford’s food and drink producers along with retail, restaurants and hotels have joined to form an assembly with the aim to promote a sense of what Waterford food is all about.  With a comprehensive website, locals and visitors can quickly find a food and drink producer, discover a place to dine, choose accommodation, meet a maker or take a trail tour.

Commenting on the upcoming event, Senior Enterprise Development Officer at Waterford Local Enterprise Office, Jacqui Gaule said, “We are delighted to be back and hosting the annual Business Networking Lunch which will give local businesses the opportunity to reconnect after the last couple of years. We have some excellent food and drinks producers in Waterford and the Networking Lunch gives us a great opportunity to celebrate them on our menu”.

The Business Networking Lunch has become a very popular event during Waterford’s Harvest Festival and has quickly sold out in recent years. Tickets are just €15 per person and can be purchased at https://bit.ly/3oWZ1m1. The event networking commences at 12.30 and lunch will be served at 1 pm.
