If you are interested in getting financial grant assistance to help you do business online then the Digital Voucher Information morning is for you!

As part of the National Digital Strategy, on Thursday the 26th of June the Local Enterprise Office are hosting the free Digital Voucher Information morning in Dungarvan Enterprise Centre, from 8am to 1pm.

• Download the Expression of Interest form that you need to complete and return to Jane at info@leo.waterfordcouncil.ie.
• Download the Digital Voucher application form but no applications will be processed unless you attend the information morning.

The Information morning will be delivered by QED training and will include:

• Introduction (Sounding the needs of the attendees)
• Spending your Voucher wisely – what does that mean?
• Targeting Customers – YOU and your Audience
• Barriers to Being Online
• Why Online?
• Search Engine Optimisation – Being visible online in online searches
• Being found – setting up your website
• Live Demo – Building your site
• Social Media Marketing – how to develop digital marketing strategy for your business

The Digital voucher process is competitive and there are € 62,500 worth of vouchers available in Waterford for this Pilot phase.. Applications will be processed during June and July. The evaluation committee will meet in late July to decide on successful applicants. Successful applicants will be informed in writing in late July and should not begin before receiving this letter as applying is not a guarantee of success.

I look forward to receiving your Expression of Interest in the Digital Voucher and meeting you on the 26th in Dungarvan Enterprise Centre. There are only 50 places available for this event so even though the event is free, booking using the Expression of interest form is essential.

Space will be available for those wishing to promote their services at the event on a first come first served basis. There is no preferential suppliers list for the Digital Voucher's. All suppliers will have to be a registered business with an up to date Tax Clearance Certificate.
