Enhance Your Business - Practical Tools for Business Growth

As part of Local Enterprise Week, Waterford Local Enterprise Office and Buíon Phort Láirge are collaborating to deliver a practical workshop designed to help you refine your sales approach and strengthen your business pitch.

Enhance Your Business is a practical, interactive half-day workshop designed for new business owners and entrepreneurs who want to sharpen their sales approach, build stronger networks and grow their business with confidence.

This session will focus on real-world techniques that help you communicate your value more clearly, connect more effectively with potential customers, and turn conversations into opportunities.

Throughout the morning, participants will:

  • Learn practical sales and relationship-building techniques

  • Improve how they position and talk about their business

  • Build confidence in networking situations

  • Practise pitching their business in a supportive environment

This is an interactive session with opportunities to practise, participate and learn from others, making it ideal for anyone who wants to move beyond theory and apply new skills straight away.

Whether you’re looking to win new clients, improve how you present your business, or simply feel more confident when selling and networking, this workshop will give you practical tools you can use immediately.

This workshop will be delivered by Una Ryan, Marketing Eye

Una Ryan is a marketing coach and registered mentor for 15 Local Enterprise Offices (LEOs) in Ireland, Design Council Of Ireland and InterTrade Ireland with over 25 years of experience helping thousands of Irish SMEs achieve measurable growth.
