A celebration of female entrepreneurship, Waterford Local Enterprise Office is hosting a special event for this year’s National Women’s Enterprise Day at Gardenmorris Estate, Kill. The event promises a morning filled with networking, learning, and inspiration, featuring an impressive lineup of successful female entrepreneurs.

The event kicks off with a buffet breakfast and networking session, providing attendees an opportunity to connect and share experiences. Following breakfast, the focus will shift to a panel discussion emceed by Nichola Beresford titled "Own Your Success", which is all about encouraging women to recognise their achievements, overcome self-doubt and celebrate their successes with confidence.

A light lunch will be provided after the session to enable you to continue networking so please ensure you tick the box when booking if you’d like to avail of this.

The event is proudly supported by Waterford Chamber, Network Waterford, and Dungarvan and West Waterford Chamber. It is one of many events held nationally on October 15th to mark National Women’s Enterprise Day, celebrating and empowering women in business across the country.

Teresanne O'Reilly

Teresanne O’Reilly is an entrepreneur, brand strategist and co-founder and CEO of Twelve, an Irish lifestyle tech start-up that makes it quick, easy and enjoyable to print the photos you love straight from your phone. Based in the Southeast of Ireland, Twelve is Teresanne’s latest entrepreneurial venture, as she works to take the business from start-up to scale-up and build a brand with national and international success.

Teresanne is also the founder and Managing Director of The Forest, a strategy-led brand and Squarespace website design studio she has grown to serve clients across four continents, including 2 global billion-dollar businesses.

Before moving into entrepreneurship full-time, Teresanne spent ten years working in Irish media, both on air as a radio presenter and behind the scenes in brand strategy. Today, she brings that experience in communication, audience connection and strategic thinking to her work in business development, and as a regular event speaker and moderator.

Alongside building her businesses, Teresanne is passionate about sustainable entrepreneurship: pursuing ambitious ideas and meaningful growth while protecting the people, relationships and life that matters beyond work.

Suzanne Parker

Suzanne Parker is an award-winning solicitor, entrepreneur and founder of Parker Law Solicitors in Waterford. Since establishing the firm, she has built a modern, client-focused legal practice recognised for its expertise, accessibility and commitment to excellent client service.

Alongside her legal practice, Suzanne is passionate about business, leadership, innovation and supporting others. She is the presenter of Legally Speaking on WLR FM, where she makes complex legal issues accessible to the wider community, and is actively involved in professional, charitable and community initiatives.

Suzanne is a strong advocate for women in business and believes that success is not only about building a successful career, but also about creating opportunities, sharing knowledge and giving back to the community.

Claire Mooney

Claire Mooney is a Waterford business leader and Director of ReduceCosts, her family’s second‑generation commercial energy price consultancy. She brings a clear, people‑centred approach to supporting businesses across Ireland.
