Aim of the course

It will demonstrate how to setup Sage Business Cloud Accounts, input the financial information in order to extract from the computerised accounts system, the bank position, amounts outstanding to the business, amounts outstanding by the business, process vat returns, Trial Balances, profit/loss account and balance sheet, Bank Receipts, Cash Payments and Bank Payments. Generate Vat returns, Produce aged Debtor Reports, Bank Reconciliation Statement

•  Set-up and processing of bank recurring entries.
•  Processing bank transfers.
•  Processing cash transactions.
•  Processing bank reconciliation statement.
•  Processing VAT 3 Return.
•  Processing of wages journals
•  Correction of Errors
•  Printing of financial data – Nominal Activity Report, Trial Balance, Profit & Loss a/c and Balance Sheet.

Training Method:

Each Participant will have access to the Sage Cloud – Cashbook on their PC. Each Participant has an individual training manual covering all aspects covered on the course. Each participant is given an exercise on each topic covered on the course to be completed. The trainer gives whatever assistance is required in order that the participant understands and is able to complete the task correctly.

Each participant can avail of two zoom onsite visits of 1 & 1/2 hrs per session applicable to their own business!
