Catherine Kiveney is a Westmeath-based entrepreneur with over 15 years’ experience building and scaling service-led businesses. She is the founder and owner of TheHen.ie, TeamBuildingIreland.ie two national brands delivering corporate team-building programmes and private group experiences across Ireland.
Recently she further expanded her business to undertake the renovation of Loughnavalleycottages.ie as a destination property for groups.
Starting her first company in her twenties, Cat has grown multiple ventures through strategic partnerships, systems development and a strong focus on customer experience. She is passionate about practical entrepreneurship, building systems & resilient teams that drive businesses that evolve over time.
Cat will be speaking about her business journey, the realities of growth and the importance of building strong foundations behind creative ideas.

She creates Irish-themed illustrated prints, handcrafted brooches, and her well-known needle felted “memorial robins” as featured on RTÉ News, Carol supplies to retail outlets across Ireland but also offers bespoke, short-run limited edition giftware for events and corporate gifting… entirely made in her rural workshop.

Elaine Bradley-Ryan is a strategic Business Advisor specialising in sales, marketing and digital transformation.
With over 30 years’ international marketing experience, Elaine has worked with some of the world’s largest brands, including 20 years as Head of Sales and Marketing with multi-national Affinion Group - the world's biggest direct marketing company, where she led revenue growth and market expansion across the US and Europe.
