One-to-One LEAN Business Mentoring

This programme consists of a 1.5-hour one-to-one mentoring session with Joe Connaughton, Founder of Appadvisor Ltd.  The one-to-one session will be arranged at a time that works best for you.

The focus of this session is to use a very common-sense approach to help you figure out simple and very actionable ways you can run a more efficient and ultimately profitable business.

Together, you will:

• Identify what is already working well in your business and explore ways to strengthen and scale it.
• Pinpoint areas where time and money are being lost and develop practical solutions to reduce these costs.
• Identify easy-to-use technologies and tools that can streamline processes and improve efficiency.

This personalised, one-to-one approach allows you to step back and assess how proven, well-tested strategies helping business owners with simple lean processes to increase their efficiency and reduce costs.

About the Mentor

Joe Connaughton has over 25 years’ experience in setting up, operating and scaling technology start-ups. He is an experienced mentor and advisor with Local Enterprise Offices and Enterprise Ireland, supporting business owners to implement lean, practical processes that increase efficiency, reduce costs and drive sustainable growth.
