Please be aware that you will need to access Zoom on a PC or Laptop (not a phone) and you will need to be very comfortable using a PC to do the “hands on” exercises during each session. This course is not suitable for people who are not very comfortable using a laptop / PC.

What will you need to have prior to attending the course:
You will need to have a Chat GPT account (free is fine) and be logged in.
You will need to be signed into Google with a Gmail to use Gemini
You will need to setup a free account at claude.ai and be logged in.
You will need to have a free (or paid) Canva account and be logged in.

Week 1: Chat GPT & Gemini
- How to get the best results from Chat GPT using prompts
- Effective prompts such as Act As, Summarise, Teach me, Write like me
- Step-by-step demo on how to use Chat GPT for different aspects of your digital marketing
- How to protect your privacy
- How to tailor Chat GPT to your business
- How to use Chat GPT art 5 different levels and how to use it at level 5 where it is an expert in your business providing tailored advice.
- Demo of Google Gemini and how it compares to Chat GPT
- Most of session 1 shows you how to use the free version of Chat GPT but we will also explore how most of the paid features in Chat GPT are available for free in Gemini
- Note: Participants will be given 2-3 hands-on exercises to help ensure that they can apply this to their business.
Week 2:
Part 1:
- Advanced usage pf Gemini You can attach images of your products and Chat GPT will generate draft website text
- You can attach files and ask Gemini / Chat GPT to analyse or summarise them
- You can attach a marketing video and ask Gemini to analyse it and suggest ways to improve it
- You can create projects (Gems) tailored to each part of your business or marketing
- Gemini can analyse your insights and recommend ways to improve. You can share your screen with Gemini as you browse your Instagram or Facebook insights on your Phone
- Gemini can program tools for you using Canvas
Part 2: How to increase web sales using AI tools
- A marketing framework that you should follow

- Tools for creating images
- We will look at how to create marketing images using Gemini, Midjourney, Openart.ai, Grok and Canva.
- Best AI tools for manipulating images
- Gemini “Nano Banana” which is now the leading AI image editing tool
- Chat GPT image tool can also do what Gemini can do but you really need to paid version of Chat GPT
- Types of marketing images you can create
- An image on any topic of your choice for social media or your website
- Your product placed in a product photography shot
- A real person modelling or using your product
- An AI person modelling or using your product
- Place yourself or colleagues in any environment you want (Gladiators, Vikings, Starwars)
Part 2. How to create marketing videos using AI
- What types of AI videos could you create for your marketing?
- Demo of some key image and video tools
- We will be using Google Gemini, Openart.ai, Canva, Meta.ai and the Edits app from Instagram
- How to make videos of your products using AI
- Note: Participants will be given 2-3 hands-on exercises to help ensure that they can apply this to their business.
Week 4:
How to use Claude AI and Claude CoWork as an AI agent
- How Claude compares to Chat GPT and Gemini
- How to use Claude at each of the 5 levels
- How to create skills in Claude Chat and why these are so useful
- How to use Claude CoWork to do tasks for you that will save you time
- Note: Participants will be given 2-3 hands on exercises to help ensure that they can apply this to their business
Week 5:
How to appear in Google AI mode search results
What is Google AI mode & why this is the future for Google search
You still want to get found in the normal Google (using your Google profile & web pages)

Course Methodology
Each workshop is a 3-hour LIVE online session which you can attend from your home or office using a PC / MAC / Smartphone or tablet (you will need to be able to hear sound either through speakers or headphones, but you do not need a webcam). Please note that the larger the screen you use the better the experience will be.
