Overview of the Training Programme:
LEO Clare, in collaboration with and supported by Creative Ireland, is delivering this practical programme designed specifically for craft businesses, makers and creative entrepreneurs who want to strengthen both the financial and marketing side of their business.
Throughout the course, participants will gain a better understanding of their tax and Revenue obligations, bookkeeping requirements and key business financials. The programme also covers essential topics such as product costing and pricing, identifying target customers, building a strong brand, developing a marketing strategy and using social media effectively to increase visibility and sales.
By the end of the programme, participants will have practical systems and resources in place to help them manage their business finances more effectively, market their products with confidence and create a clear plan for future growth.
Delivered through in-person classes, the programme encourages active participation, discussion and practical application. Regular Q&A sessions provide participants with the opportunity to address specific challenges within their own businesses.
A unique feature of this programme is that each participant will receive three hours of one-to-one mentoring, providing tailored support and guidance to help them apply the learning directly to their own business.
