Padraic McElwee joined the Local Enterprise Office Clare as Head of Enterprise in 2015. He is a qualified Management Accountant and holds a Masters in Business Administration. Padraic has over 30 years experience of working in banking and brings to the role extensive knowledge and understanding of the challenges faced by Micro/SME’s as they seek to grow and develop their business.
