Templates will be provided which businesses can use to forecast cash flow and develop action plans.
Course Delivery:
- One evening 3 hour session on Monday 08th of November.
- On-line facilitator-led workshop.
- The course is intended to be interactive, with hand-outs, breakout rooms, case studies and templates to ensure the involvement of attendees.
