Event Overview

The objective of the event is to inspire female entrepreneurs to grow and develop their business with confidence. It will inspire them to become more ambitious by encouraging them to set individual goals and being mindful about the collective benefit of doing that in County Donegal.

Event topics will include setting business goals, defining, and taking ownership of the goals and developing an ambition and understanding of what it takes to develop the mindset to achieve them.

CATHY KELLY SWEENEY

Cathy will share her knowledge and importance of goal setting – Embracing YOUR Ambition, why you do what you do and what your vision is for your business.

KAREN WALL

Karen will talk about self awareness, understanding emotional intelligence/reading others/importance of listening to what people need. She will also talk about self limiting beliefs/what holds people back and will finish with the value of the personal brand – confidence with creditability.

Case Studies

The event will also look at two case studies:

• FM Cleaning – Annette Houston

Maria and Annette will share their experiences of setting up their own business and the journey it has taken them on.
