Introduction

This one day workshop is designed to engage participants so as to help understand why their business will want to adopt a lean culture, how this is done and what tools and systems are.

It helps participants understand the benefits, how it can transform a business to increase profitability, reduce costs, improve outcomes, increase capacity, engage employees and create a good working atmosphere where people feel valued. Using real case studies, examples and activities it discusses how they can go about this and what a project will look like.

The case studies used are from Irish companies that the facilitator participated in with some exceptions e.g. Toyota.

In Donegal we have seen how LEAN can be applied and help business, large and small in a wide range of sectors.
