The Innovation workshop will feature a business case study that has demonstrated how having a focus on innovation has added value to their business. Michael O’Donnell of Island Seafoods will talk about how they have applied innovation to their products and processes to help them compete in the marketplace.

Deirdre Fitzpatrick of Fitzpatrick Associates, an experienced business consultant, will deliver the workshop which is the starting point for those engaging with the Co-Innovate programme.
